Gathering Rates

Whether you need a space for one hour or a full day, The Gathering is affordable and on-demand.

$50/Hour

Includes the use of tables and chairs, audiovisual equipment, 80" TV, Wi-Fi, and kitchen.

Seating available for up to 50 guests.

Standing capacity up to 70 guests.

All reservations include a complimentary 30 minutes before and after for set-up/clean-up. Please book additional hours if more time is needed.

Additional Details

The Gathering provides a convenient catering entrance located in the back of the building that leads directly to the kitchen for food prep and storage. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee makers, microwave, cabinets for storage, sink, and dishwasher if needed. Black table linens are available for rent ($10) during the booking process.
 

The Gathering features two restrooms (including a baby changing station), lounge chairs, ambient lighting, twelve-foot windows with luxurious drapery, a fireplace, classical decor, and a private view of Hallett's Pond with our exclusive backyard area for outdoor events.

Open flames are not permitted, but electric food warmers and crock pots are acceptable.

No wall hangings or decor of any kind. Table decor and free-standing decorations are permitted.

Tables available for use include: 6x-6ft rectangle tables, 6x-6ft round tables, and 1x-8ft rectangle table. 

If you need sizing recommendations for purchasing your own tablecloths:

6ft rectangles = 132 inches, 6ft rounds = 108 inches, and 8ft rectangle = 154 inches.

Guests may bring their own food and drinks as desired. If you need recommendations for caterers or event planners, let us know, and we can point in the best direction for your event ideas. If you are planning on hosting/serving alcohol at your event, it is highly suggested by the City of St. Peter and governing insurance agents that you purchase a daily alcohol policy to protect you and your guests from any accidents or situations where legal action may need to be taken. As a self-serviced event space, guests are responsible for their own set-up and clean-up of tables, chairs, food, and garbage. If you need assistance with tables & chairs, please email us, and we will do our best to help accommodate your needs.
